Vistry subsidiary Countryside selected to deliver £276m GLA scheme in north London

The 739-home scheme will be delivered at a former police training centre in Barnet

The Greater London Authority and the Mayor's Office of Police and Crime have selected developer Countryside Partnerships to deliver 739 new homes at a former police training centre in Colindale, Barnet.

Countryside has been selected "following a competitive bidding process", and will redevelop the last two sites on what was formerly the Hendon Metropolitan Police training centre and driving school in Colindale.
