New Homes Quality Board appoints interim CEO
Former Barratt exec Emma Toms to head up organisation behind the New Homes Ombudsman Service from the end of the month
The New Homes Quality Board (NHQB) has announced Emma Toms as interim chief executive officer.
Chief operating officer Toms will take on the role of CEO at the not-for-profit after the departure of Leon Livermore.
