PROJECT OVERVIEW

Clements Primary School, Haverhill, Suffolk needed to increase capacity to be able to accommodate a further 120 pupils over the next four years. A new, classroom block will act as an inspiration for the primary school pupils, a proud chair of governors has said. "This expansion is crucial as Haverhill grows and we would like to thank all parents and pupils for their support with this.

The 23-week project was designed and project-managed by Concertus, Ipswich and delivered by main contractor Morgan Sindall-Eastern, who employed Innovaré's offsite expertise to create the intricately designed superstructure of the block.

The new four classrooms sit in a state-of-the-art extension opposite the main school building. Architecturally the project is extraordinary with its 4 rectangular classrooms and faceted structure joining them together, creating an unusual curved and colourful building.

For this project Innovaré were uniquely placed to simplify the offsite construction process by helping our clients manage time, cost and risk most effectively. Our aim was to make it easier to achieve these savings through offsite construction, taking advantage of a joined up design, manufacture and installation solution with our i-SIP panel system.
