BeA Autotec systems are modular by design, allowing customers a bespoke factory configuration. The positioning of the BeA Autotec devices, the magazine connection, fastener capacities, and the loaders are designed based on the available installation space. Sensors check functionality and the quality of fastening work in production settings to ensure the highest quality controls.

The timber frame housing sector has seen increasing demand for less down time and increased productivity levels. BeA have responded with the recent launch of a range of larger capacity magazines for coil nailers. The 288-power unit now has the option of a jumbo horizontal magazine which accommodates a coil size of up to 2,500 nails based on using a 2.8x 50mm diameter, wire collated nail.
